Smith (Leaf River, Illinois), born in Oregon, Illinois, who passed away on September 1, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Smith and Emma Smith. He is survived by: his spouse Patricia Wilson; his children, Debra Walker (Dean) of Oregon, Amy Lauer (John) of Ashton and Michael Smith (Jan) of Rockford; his grandchildren, Kelsey, Kasey, Neva, Samuel, Erin, Sean, Airayla, Grayson and Zoe; and his great grandchildren, Derrick and Hayden.
