It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Adam Michael Spittler (Leaf River, Illinois), born in Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on May 21, 2021, at the age of 27, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Francis, Janet Spittler and Rita Prentice. He is survived by: his parents, Gary Spittler and Robin Spittler (Prentice) of Adeline, IL; his siblings, Danialla Schreiber (Justin Mills) of Forreston, IL, Michelle Spittler of Freeport, IL and Noah Spittler of Adeline, IL; his grandfather Harry B. Prentice; his nieces and nephews, Mackenzie, Dyllan and Jaxson; his uncle Harry Prentice (Linda); and his aunt Rhonda Prentice (Jeremy DeBord).
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in Adam's memory.
