With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Ann Day of Le Roy, Illinois, born in Saybrook, Illinois, who passed away on September 16, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Woodford and Margaret Leichtenberg Woodford; her husband Paul Henry Day; and her siblings, Charlotte Brown and Ronald Woodford.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Day (Vicki) of Selmer, Carolyn West of Mahomet, John M. Day (Melissa) of Mahomet and Sally Day of De Witt, Illinois; and her siblings, David Woodford (Jeanine) of Ellsworth, Illinois, Virginia Wright of Le Roy, Carol Hawkins (Ray) of Southern Illinois and Helen Schenk (Wilbur) of Bloomington, Illinois.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
