He was predeceased by: his grandfather Gerald Ploense. He is survived by: his parents, James Ploense and Debbie Niestrath Ploense; his sister Nichole Cox (Josh) of Le Roy, Illinois; and his grandparents, Hugh, Ann Niestrath of Bloomington, Illinois and Eileen Ploense of Bloomington, Illinois.
