It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Nelson Biven of Le Roy, Illinois, born in Bloomington, Illinois, who passed away on March 11, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Biven and Mable A. Biven (Moore); his wife Rita Marie McDowell; his children, William R. Biven and Rosie Nalley; and his siblings, Don Biven, Robert Biven, Albert Coomer and Stella Thorn.
He is survived by: his children, Donald Biven of Virginia, Lisa Thomson (Bill) of Mt. Pulaski, Becky Moore (Sean) of Washington and Anna Marie Fike (Roger) of Le Roy, Illinois; and his sister Charlene Coomer Stiles Parsons of Bethany, Illinois.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
