He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross F. Raymer and Virgie Arlene Franklin Raymer; and his sister Colleen. He is survived by: his wife Lillie Raymer of Le Roy, Illinois; his sons, Rick E. Cowles (Angie) of Le Roy and Daniel R. Cowles of Le Roy, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Carrie Assam (Lee), Christopher, Nickolas and AshLynn Cowles. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
