He is survived by: his wife Margaret Mathews of Le Roy, Illinois; his children, Jeffrey Mathews (Katie Canaday) of Le Roy, Illinois and Lisa Wahls (Chris) of Le Roy, Illinois; his grandchildren, Allison and Aaron Wahls of Le Roy, Illinois; and his siblings, David Mathews (Kathy) of Fenton, Missouri and Karen Sandage (Leonard) of Saybrook, Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
