He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland L. Pendley and Bonnie McKinney Pendley; and his son Tim Pendley. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jeanette Hadfield; his children, Victor Pendley (Melissa) of Le Roy, Illinois, Crystal Shoufler (Joe) of Farmer City and Annette Stine (Aaron) of Bloomington, Illinois; and his sisters, Dorothy, Geneva Mayer of Le Roy and Sue Ferrell (Jim) of Herrin, Illinois.. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty-eight great-grandchildren.
