She was predeceased by: her parents, James Wayne and Helen V. Miller Phillips; her spouse Oren A. Heap; her son Charles Heap; and her siblings, Patricia Rauch and David Guthrie.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Heap (Billie) of Morrow, John Heap (Candi) of Clinton, James Heap (Kimberly) of Bloomington, Illinois, Mary Dawson (Daniel) of Heyworth and Betty Pilchard (Gregory) of Bloomington, Illinois; her brothers, Craig Guthrie (Eileen) of Elkhorn and James Guthrie of Bloomingdale, Illinois; and her daughter-in-law Mary Heap of Clinton, Illinois.. She is also survived by her nineteen grandchildren; her thirty-seven great-grandchildren.
