He is survived by: his spouse Janice Kay Reimer; his children, David Edward Kiper (Christina) of Bloomington and Laura Janice Myers (David) of Normal; his grandchildren, Logan Kiper, Mason Kiper, Tyler, Isabelle and Cole Myers; and his sister Cheryl Myers (Mike) of Bloomington.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church, Le Roy or the Le Roy Emergency Ambulance Service.
