He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bill and Dollie Mae "Ruth" Kirby; and his brother James Mullins. He is survived by: his daughter Angela DeVault (John) of Bloomington; his siblings, Rita Lyvers (Michael) of Le Roy, Mike Mullins (Pam) of Le Roy and Monroe Mullins (Cherie) of Southport, Florida; and his granddaughter Johanna DeVault.
