We are sad to announce that on November 6, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Barbara Helen Alvey (Le Roy, Illinois), born in Princeton, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James R. Herron and Celia S. Piasyk Herron; her brother Robert Herron; and her daughter-in-law Pam Alvey. She is survived by: her spouse James Roger Alvey; and her children, Brian Alvey of Gridley, Bruce Alvey (Laurie) of Bloomington, Illinois, Lisa Toohill (Bill) of Le Roy and Lori Baker (Larry) of Colfax, Illinois. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the McLean County Humane Society.
