He is survived by: his parents, Clinton Eugene and Brenda of Lawrenceville, Illinois; his children, Brian Hartley of Bridgeport, Illinois and Amber Hartley of Lawrenceville, Illinois; his brothers, Daniel Hartley of Danville and Leonard Ray Hartley (Lisa Jane) of Petrolia, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Shane Hartley and Elliott Hartley.
