He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Levi Pelham and Ruth Jane Crouch Pelham; and his siblings, Richard of Roy, Philip and Mary Hansen.

He is survived by: his wife Elsie; his son Michael Paul Pelham (Lora Janee) of Franklin; his granddaughter Hannah Renee Pelham; and also Hereford.

Memorial donations in Wilbur's honor may be made to the Good Samaritan Hospice.
