It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilbur Ewing of Lawrenceville, Illinois, born in Bridgeport, Illinois, who passed away on July 7, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Lewis and Clara Mahala Ewing (Allard); his wife Rosemary Pinkstaff; and his siblings, Robert, Harold, Elizabeth and Patricia (McVaigh).

He is survived by: his children, Jonathan R. Ewing (Jan Mayfield Ewing) of Taylorsville, Kentucky and Susan Rae Ewing (Paul W. DeCou) of Oxford, Ohio; and his grandsons, Andrés Nicolas Brown-Ewing (Jenny McArdle) and Aaron Tomás Brown-Ewing.

Memorial contributions are suggested for the Shriner's Children's Hospital.
