She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Hollen and Elta Hollen (Stephens); and her brother Robert Hollen. She is survived by: her husband Francis "Speed" Moody; her children, Berdena Moody-Weber (Larry) of Effingham and Francis "Bud" Moody (Shelley Yockey) of St. Francisville; her grandson Michael Weber of Carmel, Indiana; her brother Charles Hollen; and her siblings-in-law, Fred and Loretta Moody.
In loving memory of Sylvia, memorials may be made to the St. Francisville Senior Citizens' Center or to Good Samaritan Hospice, in Vincennes, Indiana.
