It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stanley Douglas Piper (Lawrenceville, Illinois), born in Centralia, Illinois, who passed away on July 13, 2018, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Clair A. Piper; and his grandparents, James Cyrus, Mable Clare Piper (Adamson), William Edward and Katherine Elizabeth Boyd (O'Keefe).
He is survived by: his mother Madeline L. Piper of Lawrenceville; his siblings, Larry W. Piper of Limon, Kenneth M. Piper of Olney, Michael S. Piper of Monticello, Sandra K. Brasseur-Fraser of Vincennes and Patty Piper-Griggs of Lawrenceville; his nieces and nephews, Justin Brasseur (Jannelle), Shane Griggs, Shaun Griggs, Roxy Sheckells (Deon) and Luke Brassuer; and also Bailey Brassuer.
Memorial donations may be given to the Murray Center Activity Fund in Centralia, Illinois or Fight Colorectal Cancer.
