He was predeceased by: his mother Ruby "Diana" Jerrell (Wells). He is survived by: his father Gilbert Kocher; his stepmother Lora Kocher of Olney; his sons, Lincoln Andrew Kocher of Mt. Carmel, Gibson Bruce Kocher of Mt. Carmel and Sullivan Victor Kocher of Mt. Carmel; and his siblings, Billy Kocher of Bridgeport, Jason Kocher (Amanda) of Vincennes, IN, Amy Selby (Shannon) of Bridgeport, Jenny Allen of Sulphur Springs, TX, Kellie Bettis of Olney and Angela Hites (Jeff) of Olney. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Memorial contributions can be made to Chelsea Keepes directly or through the funeral home to set up an educational fund for the boys (Lincoln, Gibson, and Sullivan).
