She was predeceased by: her parents, David Lee Chaplin and Alberta Chaplin Vandermark; and her brother David Ray. She is survived by: her mother-in-law Alberta (Canull); her husband Jeffrey Schultz; her children, Kimberly Evans (JR Mattingly) of Lawrenceville, IL and Matthew "Brooklyn Matthews" Harrison of Geff, IL; her stepdaughter Lisa Gray of Vincennes, IN; her granddaughter Jaylynn Schultz; and her brothers, Norman Bailey of Lawrenceville, IL and Ron Flaherty of Mt. Carmel, IL..
