He is survived by: his wife Sheila Kay (Fox); his children, Roy Lee Blair Jr. (Sarah) of Vincennes and Beatrice Lea Evans (Jason) of Vincennes; his brother Pat Blair (Marsha) of Vincennes; and his grandchildren, Abigail Blair of Las Vegas, Blair Evans of Evansville, Faith Blair of Vincennes, Hope Blair of Vincennes, Emily Blair of Chicago, Mallory Evans of Vincennes and Caleb Evans of Vincennes.
