He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell K. Negley and Roberta Negley (Armstrong). He is survived by: his brother Phil Negley (Luanne) of Bridgeport, Illinois; his nieces, Lauren K. Gullett (Riley) and Megan E. Brooks (Bobby); and his great-niece Lela Marie Gullett.
