He was predeceased by: his parents, Merton C., Sr. and Flora M. Sechrest (Thompson); and his sister Patty Stoltz. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Eagleson; his son David Sechrest (Barbara Blann) of Arlington, Virginia; his siblings, Calvin Sechrest, Jr. (Wanda) of Lawrenceville, Mike Sechrest (Marsha) of Lawrenceville, John Sechrest (Jane) of Harrisburg, Illinois and Barbara 'Bobbie Eckiss of Las Vegas, Nevada; his brother-in-law Gary Stoltz of Franklin, Kentucky; and his granddaughter Brianna Sechrest of Manchester, Connecticut. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
