He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Kolter and Margorie M. Kolter (Morris); his wife Margaret E. Fiscus; and his daughter Colleen. He is survived by: his daughter Cathy Kolter of Lawrenceville, Illinois; his sister Dorothy Lantz of Lawrenceville, Illinois; his nephews, Jamey Lantz (BJ) of Ormond Beach and Bruce Fiscus (Janie) of North Vernon, Indiana; his niece Penny Pruet of Sarasota, Florida; his great-niece Krystal Lantz of Savannah, Georgia; and his cousin Billie Moore of Glasgow, Kentucky..
