He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Goodlink and Delora L. Goodlink (Boone); and his siblings, John Goodlink, James Goodlink, Barbara Ferguson, Jane Poole, Paula Arnold and Judy Griffin.

He is survived by: his children, Lisa Long (Greg) of Argenta, Tonya Wiegard (Jason) of Maroa, Shannon Smith of Vincennes and Michael Goodlink of Lawrenceville, Illinois; and his sisters, Mary Webb of Lawrenceville, Elizabeth Siemons of Decatur, Margaret Odle (Dan) of Camby and Sarah Taylor of Lawrenceville, Illinois. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
