He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph L. Phillips and Linda Kay Phillips (Brian); his wife Colleen R. Jenner; his children, Lindsey F. Fry (Kevin) and Lance M. Phillips (Kenedee); his grandchildren, Blake R. Fry, Ledger L. Phillips and Riley Kay Fry; his nephew Ralph Phillips III; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Gauge and Tucker; his niece Amy; his nephew Brandon Shindler; his great-nieces, Ava and Gemma; his nephew Kevin; his niece Joanne Vought; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jack, Luke and Brooke; his brother Ralph Phillips Jr.; his mother-in-law Patsy Nettleton; his grandparents, Kenneth, Jeanette Phillips and Mabel Brian; his father-in-law Granville Jenner; and his grandfather Kenny Phillips. He was also cherished by many uncles, aunts and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home (1303 12th St, Lawrenceville, IL 62439). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be given to the Lawrence County Longbeards, National Wild Turkey Federation for the JAKES Youth Program, in honor of his love for his grandchildren and the outdoors.
