She was predeceased by: her parents, Levin Jones and Bernice McCurdy (Aaron); and her husband James Robert Mefford. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Schrey (Steve) of Olney, Illinois and Randy Mefford of Lawrenceville, Illinois. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the First Christian Church in Lawrenceville.
