She is survived by: her parents, Robert 'Bob Hayes (Dee) of Bridgeport, Illinois and Phyllis Woods (Gulledge) of Shelbyville, Kentucky; her siblings, Connie Banks (Leon) of Bicknell, Cheryl Zuber (Merl) of Olney, Illinois and Richard Hayes (Lisa) of Waddy, Kentucky; and her close friends, Mary Shidler of Lawrenceville, Illinois and Ronnie Shidler of Lawrenceville, Illinois. She is also survived by pets; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the family through the funeral home for funeral expenses.
