He was predeceased by: his parents, Freddie L. Mulvany and Bertha Mulvany (Harrell); his wife Betty; his sister Frances Smith; and his great grandchild Derrick Ballinger.
He is survived by: his wife Lois; his children, Ralph Mulvany (Brenda) of Waxahachie, Kenneth Mulvany (Ruth) of Hendersonville, David Mulvany (Joan) of Grand Junction, Robert Cox (Jane) of Greenup, John Cox of Olney, David Cox (Debbie) of Newton, Illinois, Yvonne Shelton (Bruce) of Lawrenceville, Carol Cox-McClave of Myrtle Beach, Dianne Ballinger (Bill) of Unionville and Nancy Jamerson (Charles) of Newton, Illinois; his siblings, Carroll Mulvany (Jodie) of Aurora, Illinois and Leota Rollinson (Ross) of Salem, Illinois; and also Johnna Wagner of Bridgeport. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchild.
Memorial donations may be made to the Pinkstaff United Methodist Church, the United Methodist Village, or the Johnson University in Knoxville, Tennessee.
