He was predeceased by: his mother Trudy Tester (Moffitt); and his grandparents, Carol Crawford and John Shidler. He is survived by: his father Daniel Crawford (Debra) of Lawrenceville, Illinois; his grandparents, Bonita Shidler of Lawrenceville, Larry Moffitt of Branson, Missouri and Ronnie Crawford of Lawrenceville, Illinois; and his brothers, Brady Tester of Joshua Crawford, T. J and Tyler Young. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
