She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene R. Foster and Evelyn Maxine; her husband Troy L. Darnell; and her sons, Charles Newell and Garriel York.

She is survived by: her son Edwin York (Dawna) of Robinson; and also Tammy McBride.
