It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mona Sermersheim (Lawrenceville, Illinois), born in Mount Carmel, Illinois, who passed away on January 5, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Larry Day; her husband Fred Sermersheim; and her brother Jerry Day. She is survived by: her mother Beatrice Day Lynn of Evansville; her daughter Stephanie Stoneberger (Robert) of St. Francisville; her stepchildren, Roger Sermersheim (Robin) of Oakland City and Cindy Sermersheim of Oakland City; her grandchildren, Nicole Stoneberger, Amanda Siddens (Bill), Ryan Sermersheim (Kelsey), Regan Sermersheim, Randa Schroader (Jonathan), Andrew Young and Steven Ellis; and her sister Delores McDevitt of Oakland City. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
