He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. Heim and Katherine Heim (Belligan). He is survived by: his siblings, Patty, Dale (Tami Heim), Donna (John Sperring), Mark (Lauren Heim), Chrissie (Kevin Wolfe) and Laurie (Jack Eller); his friends, Greg, Sarah Fields and Pete Schroeder; his family Francis Marion "Tony" Ardizzone; his wife Dawn Acton; and also, Patricia Hill (Mother) and Dawn Acton (Mother). He is also survived by numerous nieces/nephews/cousins, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
