She was predeceased by: her parents, John Floyd Hayes (Gladys) and Gladys Hayes; her husband William J. "Jack" Thompson; and her siblings, Patsy Daffron, Jackie Eugene Hayes and John Hayes.
She is survived by: her daughter Judy McCrory (Noble) of Lawrenceville; her granddaughters, Christina Hess (Thomas) of Vincennes, IN and Jacie Carter (Aaron) of Lawrenceville; her great grandchildren, Nicole Hess, Madison Carter and Sydney Carter; and her sister Marian Lee Cardinal (Morris) of Wheatland, IN..
