She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Allen and Gleda Higgins (Akers); her siblings, James Higgins, David Higgins, Jerry Higgins, Bill Higgins, Leroy Higgins, Gene Higgins, Doris Raye Higgins and Alice Evans; and her great grandchild Trevor Webster.
She is survived by: her husband John W. Moore; her children, Angela Smith (Terry) of Greensboro, Steven Moore of Bridgeport, Gary Moore (Joyce) of Lawrenceville, Cindy Murphy (Mark) of Montgomery, Robin Webster (Emery) of Annapolis and Richard Moore (Hope) of Bridgeport, Illinois; and her siblings, Marlin Higgins of Lawrenceville, Illinois and Donna Stevens of Woodstock, Georgia. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the Lawrence County Senior Citizens or the Hi-Way Church of God.
