She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Layman and Sarah Layman (Creech); and her half-siblings, Charles Layman, Glen Layman and Effie Gariepy.
She is survived by: her sister Mary Burgess (Van) of Westminster, Colorado; her nephews, Brian Burgess and Eric Burgess; and her niece Suzanne Jennison (Matthew).
Memorial donations may be made to the Lawrence County Humane Society.
