She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Thompson and Viola Cross Thompson; her brothers, Dean Thompson and Dallas Thompson; her sister-in-law Roselyn Thompson; and her stepson James Jeffrey Downey.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Robert Downey, Jr. of Martinsville, IN and Andrea Brooke (Randy) of Indianapolis, IN; her stepgrandchildren, James, Danielle, Shawn Downey, Alison and Melissa Lee; her nieces, Janice Rae Curry of Hillsboro, OR and Joann Huffington of Marshall, IL; her great-niece Camille Curry; and her cousin Anna Dee Wells.
