He was predeceased by: his parents, Thodre McBride and Cleo McBride (Stout); his wife Cherie Tarrant; and his siblings, Kenny McBride, Beatrice Barker and Darlene DeBoef.
He is survived by: his children, Kip McBride (Tami) of Lawrenceville, Cody McBride (Amanda) of Princeton, David Lane of Palmdale, Susie Smith (Gary) of Nashville and Carol Anderson (Sigifredo Mursuia); and his sister Shirley Clem of Bridgeport. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
