She was predeceased by: her parents, Tolice M. 'Jack' and Hazel Claudeen Armstrong (Newton); and her husband Willard Cummins. She is survived by: her children, Bruce Cummins (Donna) of Lawrenceville, Illinois, Brenda Williams (Dennis) of Lawrenceville, Illinois and Stacy Fry (Anthony) of Lawrenceville, Illinois. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
