He was predeceased by: his parents, George Cecil and Thelma Frohock (Galeener). He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his son Keith Frohock (Beckie) of Bradenton, Florida; and his grandchildren, Ryker Glenn Frohock and Rylie Kay Frochock.

In Jon's memory, the family requests that memorial donations may be made to the Lawrence County Humane Society.
