He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Blacketer and Cecil Blacketer Wolfe (Pierson); and his siblings, Robert "Bob" Blacketer, Leona Edmondson, Virginia Pavitt, Katie Wolfe and Margaret Lukens.
He is survived by: his wife Billie Jean Blacketer of Lawrenceville; his children, Jeff Miller (Debbie) of Lawrenceville, Judy Miller Baxter (John) of Watauga and Troy McLean (Rhonda) of Austin; his grandsons, Jason Baxter, Jeff Baxter, Josh Baxter and Zac McLean; his great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Natalie, Lillian, Ryan and Michael; and his sisters, Annie Holmes, Sarah Sweitzer and Krista Allen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions can be made to the St. Francisville Christian Church or the Mason Lodge of St. Francisville directly or through the funeral home.
