He was predeceased by: his niece Tiffany Fiscus; and his grandparents, Gola, Dorothy Waller, Vanis and Kathleen Jerrell.

He is survived by: his parents, Jonathon Waller and Shirley Waller (Jerrell); his wife Michelle Waller; his daughters, Rachael Moore (Danny) and Lindsey Waller (Elias Garcia); his grandsons, Lucas and Rowen Moore; his sister Jennifer Daniels (Reagan); his nieces, Katie Hobbie (Mark) and Erin Baker (Colby); his nephew Austin Daniels (Jill); his great-niece Zeplynn Hobbie; his great-nephews, Brady Baker and Wayde Daniels; his parents-in-law, Jerry Fiscus (Carolyn) and Kay Williams (Tim); and his brother-in-law Jeff Fiscus (Jane, family: Brooke Taylor, Melissa Shick, Ryan Grostefon, Cody Fiscus).
