She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Carter (Sarah) of Newton, Illinois, Julie Thomas (Tom) of Vincennes and Jeanne Steffey (Doyle) of Flat Rock, Illinois; her stepdaughters, Julie K. Milligan (David) and Sherry D. Orr; her sisters, Edith Miller of Lawrenceville and Betty Heuer (Lowell) of Evansville, Indiana; her grandchildren, Seth Carter, Ethan Carter, Carter Steffey and Casey Davidson (Clint); and her great grandchild Fletcher Davidson.
