She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Stephens and Thelma Stephens (Maddox). She is survived by: her daughters, Stacy Hanson (James) of Lawrenceville, Andrea Schulz (Keith) of Louisville, Teresa Whiteker (Suddie) of Louisville and Patricia Darling (Chad) of Louisville; and her siblings, Rick Stephens of Louisville, Kentucky, Linda Langolf of Louisville, Kentucky, Sharon Spontak of Louisville, Kentucky and Donna Gagliardi of Louisville, Kentucky. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
