She was predeceased by: her parents, William Steininger and Hazel Steininger (Powers). She is survived by: her husband Robert E. Fuller of Lawrenceville Il; her children, Norman Fuller (Brenda) of Lawrenceville Il and Ruth Fuller of Vincennes In; and her siblings, William Steininger (Margaret) of Decker In and Cathy Martin of Michigan. She is also survived by 7 Grandchildren; 12 Great Grandchildren.
Helen was preceded in death by her parents William and Hazel Steininger. (Due to Covid-19 restrictions a private graveside service will be held with Pastor Eric Anderson officiating.
