He was predeceased by: his parents, Glendon Delmas Casper and Helenetta Casper (Brown); his former wife Helen Joan Holly of Cobden, IL; his son Douglas Allen Casper; his siblings, Patricia Casper Winters and Robert Casper; and his grandson Paul Joseph Tamas.
He is survived by: his daughters, Janet Casper Tamas of Robinson, IL and Martha Casper of Lawrenceville, IL; his stepchildren, Debbie Pruitt of Lawrenceville, IL and David Spangler of Billett, IL; his grandchildren, Alexay Tamas of Salem, OR, Mattie White of O'Fallon, IL and Riley White of Swansea, IL; his great grandchild Evie Tamas of Salem, OR; and his siblings, Thomas Casper of University City, MO and Millicent Casper Hankla of Anna, IL..
In lieu of flowers, his family requests that memorial contributions be made to the "Lawrence County Senior Citizens.".
