He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Lewis of Lawrenceville; his brother Jake Lewis (Marti) of Bridgeport; his niece Crystal Stine of Claremont; his nephew Willie Lewis of Vincennes; his stepchildren, Brian Carie of Lawrenceville, Robert Carie of Chrisney and Michelle Wilson of Hedgesville; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cassie, Elizabeth, Olivia, Dawn, Michael and Bill; and also Serenity. He is also survived by nine grandchildren: and 19 great-grandchildren.
