He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Cooper and Doris Cooper (Seed); and his brother Ronnie Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Guiliani; his daughter Stacy Tipsword (Aaron) of Lawrenceville, Illinois; his siblings, Dale Cooper (Sue) of Bridgeport, Phil Cooper of Richmond, Indiana and Gwen Groves of Lawrenceville, Illinois; his grandchildren, Ashia Lauer (Jared), Makenna Ash and Chance Hamm; and his great grandchild Cooper Lauer.
