He was predeceased by: his parents, James William and Dorothy Mae Patrick (O'Brien); his spouse Terry Sandlin; his daughter Jodie Gail Patrick; his grandson Gavin Couch; and his siblings, James W. Patrick, Don Patrick, Bill Patrick, Mike Patrick and Francis Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Jamey Patrick (Danna) of Salem, Jada Patrick of Murphysboro and Jenna Thacker of Lawrenceville; and his grandchildren, Abigail Rae Patrick, Alicea Mae Patrick, Garran Jace Couch, Krislyn JoLee Thacker, MaKenna JoLyn Thacker, Kadin Jaymes Danielle Thacker and Kendrick Eli Matthew Thacker.
