It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Nadine Frazier of Lawrenceville, Illinois, who passed away on July 16, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Wilber and Helen Wilber (Burress); her husband Carl Leroy Warren; her children, Tyler Warren and Margaret Summers; her granddaughters, Magen Summers and Amelia Hickey; and her sisters, Sue Raney, Naomi Hawkins and Georgia Correll.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carla Kelly (Leonard, Jr.) of Lawrenceville and Trudie Tillotson (Rex) of Lawrenceville; her siblings, Betty Edgar of Phoenix, AZ, Karl Wilber of Indianapolis, IN, David Wilber (Cindy) of Flat Rock and Kay Woodward (Tim) of Lawrenceville; and her grandchildren, Amanda VanHauen, Bridgette Summers, Hillary Summers and Brandi Hickey. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
