He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Cleveland and Hattie Jane Wagner (Reichman); his wife Virginia Francis Young; and his siblings, Ogle Wagner, Wayne Wagner, Beulah Harris, Beatrice Johnson and Helen Robinson.
He is survived by: his nieces, Carol Yvonne Harris of St. Louis, Mary Jane Kocher (Norman) of Lawrenceville and Connie Lou Fiffick of Columbia; and his friends, Mike, Kim Earnst, Sandi Huelskamp and Cory Nolan.
Memorial donations may be made to Shriners Children's Hospital.
